Dr. Wang elected a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a distinction that recognizes outstanding achievement in internal medicine

Founded in 1915, the American College of Physicians (ACP) is the largest society of internal medicine physicians in the world, with 154,000 members. Its stated mission is to "enhance the quality and effectiveness of health care by fostering excellence and professionalism in the practice of medicine."

Dr. Wang's presentation is part of the Public Health Seminars Series sponsored by the School of Health Sciences and Practice, and the Institute of Public Health, at the New York Medical College in Hawthorne, NY.

Dr. Wang to give a community seminar in Sussex County, NJ, on preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease holistically, on September 12, 2018

At this community seminar, to be held at the Sparta Public Library, Dr. Wang will discuss relevant research findings and holistic approaches to the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer's disease, and dementia in general.

Dr. Wang to host a community seminar in Short Hills, NJ, on preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease holistically, on July 31, 2018

 

Sharing educational information from his recent presentation at the 2018 International Congress in Integrative Medicine and Health in Baltimore, MD, Dr. Wang will host a community seminar on holistic approaches to preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease, on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at 6 pm. This community talk will offer a unique opportunity to learn about the latest research evidence on integrative approaches to the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease, and dementia in general.

Dr. Wang to co-chair a symposium and speak at the 2018 International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health in Baltimore, MD, May 8 – 11, 2018

Dr. Wang will co-chair a symposium, "Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's Disease: Integrative Approaches to Prevention and Treatment," and speak at the 2018 International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health.

The International Congress, convened biennially by the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health, highlights the advances of Integrative Medicine in research, education, clinical care, and policy. The mission is to foster the development of new collaborations and to strengthen existing partnerships within the field of integrative medicine and health. 

"2018 International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health will bring together the best and the brightest working globally in the field of Integrative Medicine & Health. Connect, share, learn and collaborate in this dynamic community where the leading work is being done via research, clinical care, policy and education. Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teachers to offer MBSR course in Summit, NJ, starting May 4, 2018 

Certified MBSR teachers, Jessica O'Neill and Kerry Rasp, will be offering two Spring 2018 MBSR courses* (one on Fridays and one on Saturdays). Each course includes six classes and one all-day retreat.

Dr. Wang will co-chair a symposium at the 2018 Annual Conference of of AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine, March 22-25, 2018, in Grapevine, TX.


The symposium, "Breaking Science: Presentations from Leading Researchers in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine," highlights the latest scientific evidence through a series of brief oral presentations from leading researchers in the field of post-acute and long-term care medicine.
 

AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine's Annual Conference is the only educational forum of its kind in the field. Attendees are exposed to the latest clinical development in geriatric medicine, best practices in medical direction, and policy/regulatory updates. Dr. Wang serves on the Annual Conference Planning Committee.
