Acupuncture Therapy

We offer acupuncture treatments as a stand-alone therapy. In addition, we provide acupuncture as a therapeutic option that is part of an integrative medicine approach to health.
Dr. Wang is a physician acupuncturist / MD acupuncturist who has trained with respected acupuncture masters and leaders in the field of acupuncture. Testimonials from his patients include the resolution of long-standing symptoms without recurrence, even after a decade. It is not uncommon for patients to achieve such healing even after many other treatment modalities have failed.

What to expect:
-
During your first visit, Dr. Wang will perform an initial evaluation through the acupuncture perspective, followed by administering your first acupuncture treatment at the same visit.
-
Subsequent acupuncture treatments are administered as a course of packaged acupuncture treatment sessions or as standalone sessions, depending on the chronicity and acuteness of the condition being treated.
-
Once your symptoms resolve, maintenance sessions may be recommended on a periodic basis to prevent the recurrence of symptoms and/or promote the body’s innate healing ability optimally. (See our Acupuncture Overview page.)
